Satisfaction survey to the users of Metro de Málaga 2021
Since October 25 is being carried out the campaign of satisfaction surveys to users of Metro de Málaga 2020, which ABACO Market Research conducted for Metro de Málaga for the sixth consecutive year.
The aim of the study is to know the opinion of users of Metro de Málaga regarding the quality of service offered over a week “normal” or “average”. For this purpose, surveys will be carried out in Metro de Málaga by means of a stratified random sampling with quota control by station, time period and day of the week.
This year, due to the pandemic situation, the surveys are being carried out in two phases, a first phase of passenger recruitment in stations and a second phase of survey, which can be carried out by telephone or online, depending on the preferences of the respondents. In this way, quality surveys are being carried out to continue measuring user satisfaction with the Metro network, while avoiding physical contact in order to care for the health of the passengers.
