Fieldwork for the implementation of bus lines to shopping centers

In may 2018, a survey was carried out to analyze the viability of a private bus service during the weekends and holidays to Madrid Xanadú and Kinépolis shopping centers:

  • Survey to users, to characterize them and their willingness to use a bus service
  • Count of clients in the main accesses
  • analysis of public transport lines that provide service of each of the shopping centers: lines, schedules, frequencies…
  • Count of users on bus/Metro lines accessing to the shopping centers

Once the fieldwork was finished, an analysis of the current situation and future actions and recomendations is to be carried out.
