Satisfaction survey to the users of Metro de Málaga 2023
From November 6th to 12th, the campaign of Satisfaction Survey to users of the Málaga Metro 2023 will take place. ABACO Estudios de Mercado has been commissioned this survey for eight years in a row.
The aim of the survey is to know the opinion of Metro Málaga user regarding the quality of the service offered during a “normal” or “average” week. For this purpose, interviews s will be carried out in the Metro Málaga through stratified random sampling with control of quotas by station, time period and day of the week.
The questionnaire has been defined by Metro Málaga and will be conducted in the period from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
