The work developed by ABACO consists of evaluating the service offered by the taxi service and the VTC vehicles in the city of Seville.

For this, 288 races or journeys are carried out, each one considering an interaction, carrying out different routes in both types of service, considering specific points of origin and / or destination, time periods, distances to travel and day of the week, in a way that allows To know in depth how the service is being provided.

The scope of study is the city of Servilla. The study was conducted between March 11 and 17, 2019.
