Goals:

This is a fieldwork research in lines  ML-2 and ML-3 of  Light Railway West, with the aim of controlling passengers occupation in an average working day  in these lines. This allows to adapt offer to demand by increasing the offer  if detecting over occupancy or reducing mobile material in the case of low occupation.

Job description:

This job consist of the count of passengers “in” and “out”, in each of the stations of ML-2 and ML-3 lines of West Light Railway  in an average working day and after exploitation, with the aim of obtaining intensity matrix of passengers in all circulations. A full count is conducted during the whole service period, this is from 6:00AM to 1:30AM.

Results allow to determine matrix of “in” and “out” passengers. occupation and arrival time to each station, for the whole counting.
