Satisfaction survey to the users of Metro de Málaga 2019

From March 11th to 17th, the campaign of Satisfaction Survey to users of the Málaga Metro 2019 will take place. ABACO Estudios de Mercado has been commissioned this survey for four years in a row.

The aim of the survey is to know the opinion of Metro Málaga user regarding the quality of the service offered during a “normal” or “average” week. For this purpose, interviews s will be carried out in the Metro Málaga through stratified random sampling with control of quotas by station, time period and day of the week.

The questionnaire has been defined by Metro Málaga and will be conducted in the period from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. For designing the sample, information on demand corresponding to the month of November 2017 will be taken. An objective sample of 1,697 surveys is established with a sample error of 2.6%. This sample size is higher than the one for previous years, due to the increase in demand on the line.
