This is a field research and its subsequent exploitation, whose purpose is to know the satisfaction of users of elderly day centers and residences supervised by the Agencia Madrileña de Atención Social (Madrid Social Care Agency)

Job description:

The work carried out by ABACO consists of carrying out  interviews to get to know how satisfied with the service are users of elderly day centers and residences supervised by the Agencia Madrileña de Atención Social (Madrid Social Care Agency)

Interviews are conducted by an interviewer and CAPI supported. Questionnaire includes questions about importance and satisfaction with  different services offered in the centers. A sample of at a general level of 3,000 cases is stablished and a random selection of users is carried out in the selected centers.

The field work is developed during several average weekdays, from 9:00 to 18:00
