Expectative and opinion surveys (CSI – customer satisfaction index) on Metro Ligero Oeste

Between 19 and 21 October, the service perception surveys were carried out for the regular users of the Light Railway, with the aim of finding out their degree of satisfaction with the services provided by the Light Railway and the strengths and weaknesses of the system in order to improve those aspects that are necessary to offer users a higher quality service.

The work has been developed in the ML-2 and ML-3 lines operated by Metro Ligero Oeste through a stratified random sampling by lines with quota control per station, from 7:00 to 22:00 hours, reaching a sample of 772 surveys.

This study is conducted every two years, reaching a total of 890 surveys in 2014, 848 in 2016 and 881 in 2018.
