EXTERNAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY OF THE PARLA TRAM

On October 24 and 26, the Customer Satisfaction Survey campaign of Parla tramway was carried out.

These survey aims to know the degree of satisfaction of users about the services provided by Parla tram, to know the strengths and weaknesses of the system and to improve those aspects required to offer a greater quality service to users. For this purpose, travelers will be surveyed both on board and at different stations between 6.30 and 20.30.

This campaign, in addition, is accompanied by a Mystery Shopper Survey, to analyze the behavior of the operation personnel of the Parla tram: drivers, inspectors, customer service and PCC operators, using the mysterious customer technique, which will be carried out during the months of October and November.
